4. The new exhibit looks astonishing. It will have water currents, a wave automobile, a 'pupping pool', an underwater cave and a Pacific Northwest theme. Omaha has created an immersive-looking bounding main lion habitat and information technology's easy to see where $27.5 meg was spent.

6. I would not exist surprised if we did not see a slow down for whatever projects that are non already funded. The zoo (like all zoos and aquariums) took quite a hitting financially during the closure due to COVID-19.
   It has truly been astonishing to watch the zoo transform. It was a not bad zoo before the last several years, but has gotten improve with each new phase of the master plan.
   I do wonder how they will proceed with the polar comport phase about the new sea lion exhibit with polar bears not being in a very sustainable breeding situation in US zoos currently. Information technology is ironic, as Omaha had quite a prolific polar acquit convenance plan historically.

13. According to the zoo's Instagram, the sea lions take been relocated to their new exhibit: Login • Instagram. Interestingly, the Zoo is calling the region nether development "Pacific Northwest", which I believe is both new and a much improve proper name than the vague characterization it was given in the main plan, "Coastal Shores".

14. I agree the name amend fits. I am concerned and not surprised if this means that polar bears will not return to zoo, as I don't think of them as PNW animals. Information technology would seem like it would exist next to incommunicable to get polar bears back to Omaha given the express number of bears in the United states of america, just disappointing none the less if that is the case.

The concept for the expanse in the main plan merely included sea lions and polar bears and was supposed to encompass a smaller footprint of the zoo's campus than the guest amenities sections that have already been constructed currently exercise. Since then, brown bears, sea otters, and lynx accept been added to the projection to go with polar bears and sea lions. I assume this pin is to compensate for the removal of the Andean Foothills region from the master program (a shame) and for the potential lack of polar bears.
